Welcome to Grazing Platters! We’re delighted to provide you with our delectable cold food platters for your events and home orders. Before placing an order, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Payment on Order:

All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit and debit cards for online payments. Your order will be confirmed and processed once payment is received.

2. Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel your order, a 20% cost will be incurred to cover services and administration fees. Please notify us of any cancellations as early as possible to minimize inconvenience.

3. Changes and Alterations:

Any changes or alterations to your order must be submitted in writing at least 1 week prior to the scheduled delivery date or event date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Dietary Requirements:

We understand the importance of catering to various dietary needs. Dairy-free and gluten-free options can be accommodated upon request. Please make a clear note about any dietary requirements when submitting your order to ensure we provide you with suitable options.

5. Order Verification:

Before finalising your payment, please carefully review your order to ensure all details, including quantities, items, and delivery/event information, are accurate. Any alterations requested after payment may be subject to additional charges.

6. Delivery:

For event orders, we will coordinate with you to schedule a suitable delivery time. For home orders, we offer convenient delivery options. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the specified delivery window. We are not responsible for any issues arising from delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched.

7. Liability:

Grazing Platters takes utmost care in preparing and delivering your orders. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise once the order is delivered and accepted.

8. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel orders. We will make every effort to inform you promptly in such cases.

9. Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order and communicating with you.
